By booking a tour with Road King Tenerife Tours, you agree to the following terms.

Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. If you cancel a booked tour for any reason, no refund will be given. If we need to cancel or reschedule a tour — for example due to weather or road conditions for your safety — we will offer you an alternative date at no extra cost, or a full refund if no suitable date is available.

Rider Requirements

Passengers must meet the minimum age and size requirements for safe sidecar travel. Please let us know about any medical conditions, mobility needs or pregnancy before booking.

Safety Equipment

Helmet, jacket and goggles are provided and must be worn for the full duration of the tour. Please wear closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate clothing underneath.

Hotel Pickup

Hotel pickup and drop-off is available as a paid extra, selected at the time of booking. Pickup location and time will be confirmed with you by email.

Insurance

Tours are covered by our operator liability insurance. Personal travel insurance is recommended for all riders and passengers.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of the tour unless otherwise agreed. Prices are per person and correct at time of booking.

Agreement

By ticking the Terms & Conditions box when booking, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these terms, including the no-refunds cancellation policy above.
